“Ever since Synovus took over or whatever it was they did, my experience has been amazing. The new ATM disburses $1, $5, $10, $20 and $100 bills, which I have never seen before.My only compliant is the lighting at night has been very poor over and around the ATM for at least the last 18 months.”

“I have been a member of Gold Coast Federal Credit Union for 37 years and plan to continue our banking partnership. Their direct deposit and online Bill Pay offerings have served me well. At present, I am so grateful for a team of dedicated GCFCU representatives working on my behalf to address an unscrupulous online merchant who has scammed (Bait and Switch/False Advertising) me out of nearly $700 when I made a purchase using an electronic check. Member Connection Customer Service Representative, Kelley, listened patiently and intently when I first described my unfortunate set of circumstances. I have complete confidence that with GCFCU's assistance, my situation will be resolved in a positive manner. He led me to the desk of Amanda Buris. Amanda assisted me with opening the checking & savings account. Amanda took the time to explain every detail associated with the accounts. She was/is such a knowledgeable & gracious young lady.The banking lobby area is fairly small, reminding me of a main street bank in the 50's. I like it very much along with good bankers.”

“These branch on Okeechobee is really nice these is not my banking center but I have go multiple times to these location do to my job, and let tell you is really nice every single staff member is really polite and always smiling even if there is a long line. They offer multiple banking solution to any one that attend these branch and also in multiple language that is always a plus.. maybe I switch to these bank in the near future. My only complain is they only have 2 teller working some time and it get a bit busy, but overall a B+”

“Two weeks ago, I had a problem with a couple of my my accounts. I went into the bank to see if I could figure out what the issue was and how to resolve it. Tana Collier took care of my problem with ease. She explained what the issues were, (person in another branch did not set them up correctly & misinformed me on how it worked). Tana straightened it right out. I opened an additional account and I remotely deposited a good size check. Today, I got a message that a 10 day hold was placed on the check. I had been depositing these same checks, similar amounts for over two years into my previous account with no holds. I called Tana, and again, within a few hours, the hold was lifted. She is AMAZING. If you have an issue, call Tana Collier. She is knowledgeable and has a great personality and a ton of patience.”
“We love this bank. State Chartered not Federal comes with protections that are greater and yes sometimes more complicated than the new and "IMPROVED" world wide internet allow.
