I went into Velocity today and was greeted with a smile from Latricia and the teller next to her. Everyone is always nice. Latricia was the teller that helped me with my deposit. She is always courteous and professional.

Have been a credit union member all my life. I prefer them to commercial banks where you are just a number. This is not my credit Union but rather a satellite that I frequent and it has the same “home town” feel that my CU in Broward has without having to travel down south.

Working with Andy for purchasing a car and Melissa in financing was a breeze. This is the third vehicle we have used Velocity for because of Andy and their rates. We could not be more pleased with how efficient, effective and his superb negotiating skills. I recommend to everyone I know!
