“I'm not sure why this location gets bad reviews. I do my banking here and have had at least 400+ transactions at a teller window and never had a single poor experience. I don't use the drive in, but I've noticed from the inside that if a teller is on break, one teller has to run from the counter to the drive in and that may delay service for a few minutes. That's it. But personally I've always had excellent service here and it's the branch I go to even though another one is closer to my house.”
