“Friendly business services, attentive and detail-oriented tellers, and personal attention from the branch manager. Compared to my previous bank (WELLS Fargo), the parking situation was a big improvement. The wait for a teller at lunch time on a weekday was not bad- under 10 minutes. The location in Medley is very convenient, easily accessible from Doral, the Springs, and Hialeah. The seating area where I waited for a few minutes to talk with the manager was clean and comfortable. While I was waiting two associates approached to see if I needed help. All-in-all, a pleasant banking experience; no complaints at all. My only wish is that this branch were opened on Saturdays. Without that, I'll have to bank at another branch if needed on weekends.”
