You literally can check on your accounts or open an account while having coffee which great views and free wifi. Obviously the best part involves the 50% discount to capital one members. Maria completed the process promptly and arranged to have the card overnighted to me once approved so that I can have the card in time before I leave. Never knew there was a Schwab Branch only 2 blocks from my condo in the heart of Brickell, but glad to know one exists. FYI, this debit card has no international transaction fees and will allow you to withdraw from any ATM at no cost and it offers an exchange rate as close to those listed on the XE currency website (rates normally reserved for commercial customers) that I have found.”

“I called to inquire about setting up a checking account, however, I had an unusual case. I possessed an out-of-state driver's license but currently resided in Miami and attended the University of Miami. Once I walked into US Century bank at the Dadeland location, the staff's swift handling of my case was impeccable. I walked into the bank, was immediately seated with Nancy and I provided all the necessary documentation needed to open the account. She called the back office for approval and it was all completed swiftly and efficiently. There were no run arounds, asking for extraneous unnecessary documentation, hold times, wait times, nothing. The building was clean, there was available parking, and there is an ATM available for use. Nancy who helped me open my account was exceedingly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was even provided with a few sample checks at no charge. I admit, I have only been a customer for less than a day but as of right now, I am highly pleased with their service and would definitely recommend this branch over any of the big bank corporations.”
