Everything was clearly explained and questions answered appropriately. I have never received that type of service from any other bank since I’ve been banking for years. I have no issues with them and they are always available when I need assistance during operating hours.”

She made me feel VALUED as if I was the only one there. I really appreciated it because I had a long, stressful day at work. Then I had this very GENUINE, KIND SWEET ENCOUNTER with Diana. I had questions about getting a new card because I misplaced my old one and she immediately called me in her office and assisted me. We had GREAT conversation, as if we've known each other FOREVER. I had a very STRESSFUL day, and this staff made me feel at home and SPECIAL. I had to express my APPRECIATION to these WONDERFUL LADIES, ESPECIALLY DIANA. “This location has housed many different bank names but it has always been the bank for me. Sarah Bacallao, Bank Officer, has been my friend since arriving from Cuba and applying for my first car loan. Regardless of the name that the bank has had, I have stayed a faithful customer and plan to continue. The Bank officer that I deal with now, Amelia, is excellent, and when the bank charged me for bank fees, i called them and told them I had never paid that and they removed the charge. Now, they are working hard at developing customer relations, and have sent several e-mails, even conducting a rewards contest. Highly recommend if what you are looking for is a bank that listens.”
