We visited the North Dade Branch office and was greeted immediately with Courtesy. Not once did we feel lost in not knowing what to do. Upon checking in our wait in the lobby was short. We were able to sit in an office with a real person and not stand at the tellers window to open an account! Our concerns were addressed and the different choice options were explained and understood clearly. I was amazed that the young lady who opened our account and greeted us was the assistant manager, Ms. Britton. She took her time and made us feel like we belong. She made me feel VALUED as if I was the only one there. I really appreciated it because I had a long, stressful day at work. Then I had this very GENUINE, KIND SWEET ENCOUNTER with Diana. I had questions about getting a new card because I misplaced my old one and she immediately called me in her office and assisted me. We had GREAT conversation, as if we've known each other FOREVER. Drygas answered my call and he got me pre-approved within 10 mins after answering some basic questions and checking my credit.• There was a lot of pressure on getting the deal closed because the sellers were leaving the country for two years on Thursday, August 12.• Ryan perfectly understood my needs and was able to set up the appointment at the Doral Branch on Tuesday, August 10 at 2 PM, only 2 workdays after our initial call.
