“Two days before Hurricane Idahlia hit, my car would not start. I wasn't able to get in with my regular mechanic, so when I finally got my car to turn on, I headed over to Dave Mays. I had called them beforehand and spoke with Brain, who I didn't realize until later that he was the owner. Brian and his team took care of me as though I was family. They were kind, courteous, and I was treated with the utmost respect and honesty during the diagnosis, labor, and financial aspects of our business transaction. Brian himself checked me in and asked all that was going on with my vehicle and diagnosed my vehicle issue. Both him, his wife, and Robert helped me get in and out in twenty-four hours and had me back on the road in time to avoid the hurricane. I am very grateful for the way that Brian and his team (Robert specifically) interacted with me. I will be a return customer and recommending Dave Mays to my friends and family.”

When I arrived the guys were all super polite and understanding!! “Bill replaced my transmission for less than half what Aamco quoted me, threw in a front axle, let me make payments on it since it was a big job, and even let me take it home so I could drive it for work while I was still paying the work off!!I was so worried with the current market I was completely screwed, with a bill so high. I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am he worked with me so much on this!! I never would have been able to get this done without him being so generous!!Thanks Bill!!! “We stopped by just to look around. The salesman, Matt, who came out to greet us was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He wasn’t at all pushy or like the typical “car sales” guy. I really appreciated that he seemed to be most interested in finding exactly what we were looking for, not just trying to put us in any random car, just to make a sale. We didn’t find anything we fell in love with then but he took down our information and what all we are looking for, & said he would call us back when y’all had something in.
