“My experience with All Star was amazing! I called, scheduled an appointment, and brought my car in within a couple days of it acting up. When I arrived the guys were all super polite and understanding!! Special shoutout to George, he was able to give me an estimate just a couple hours after I brought the car in (even though there were a few cars ahead of mine) and then got all the parts for my repair and had it done a couple hours later. “My truck broke down traveling home on I-75. AAA recommended towing to Carrsmith, which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by Charles the service manager. He was very professional and explained to me in detail the tests that would be performed to diagnose the problem. I left to have lunch, and was texted & emailed from Charles throughout the day with updates on my truck. Charles was amazing, and considering the amount of work that was needed to repair my truck, it was repaired in a timely fashion and I was able to get home later that day! “My 2013 Fiat 500 with a manual transmission recently experienced clutch issues, and when I searched on Google for a repair shop in Gainesville, I immediately found AAMCO’s listing. It’s a business name I’ve known and trusted for decades, and they’ve lived up to their reputation once again. I received prompt courteous service from manager Scott Arnold as soon as I called, and that great service continued when I brought the car to them for a free estimate. They tested multiple items to pinpoint the problem, and gave me a reasonable, conservative estimate of the repair cost, which ended up exactly matching the estimate when the repair was completed. Scott will be following up with me after a week and again after a month to be sure that there are no remaining issues to be addressed. I’m very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this shop.”

“Bill replaced my transmission for less than half what Aamco quoted me, threw in a front axle, let me make payments on it since it was a big job, and even let me take it home so I could drive it for work while I was still paying the work off!!I was so worried with the current market I was completely screwed, with a bill so high. I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am he worked with me so much on this!! I never would have been able to get this done without him being so generous!!Thanks Bill!!!
