“Dean and his team did an excellent job on my 2011 BMW 328i. They went above andbeyond in addressing damages from hitting a coyote. I was in a fight with my insurance company for 3 months as they wanted me to file as collision even though it was comprehensive. After months, I finally could get my vehicle fixed. Insurance, as usual, underestimated the damages, but Dean and his team stretched that money to fix everything that they could. I need to reach out to my insurance as Automotive Super Sports needs to be compensated fairly. I do not understand how they were able to do everything that they did with the miniscule budget they were given. Overall, excellent place that cares about your satisfaction and your vehicle as much as you do. Additionally, their mechanic found corrosion on my high pressure line to my power steering and a leak that I have from my valve cover. They are only responsible for getting my car to look as it did beforehand, and to go out of their way to tell me of problems they found, things that should be addressed, and visually showing me the issues/where the fluid is building up is what all body shops should do. You all have a customer for life. Unluckily for you all, this is my first first accident and I'm nearly 40 years old and I don't plan on having any more accidents. ? I will refer anyone that ever asks, my friends, and my family with pictures of the magic you worked and how you're even willing to go above and beyond despite insurances giving you peanuts to work with. This is not an exaggeration, but my front end looks better now than it did before the accident. Thank you Dean, the mechanic (sorry that I forgot your name), auto body specialists, painters, and anyone else that got my BMW looking as good as new. Sincerely, thank you!”
“I had some minor scratches on my rear bumper that I wanted to get fixed. Due to the placement, the entire bumper needed to be taken off in order to be properly fixed. Armand and the other staff here were much nicer than any of the other places I went to for an estimate. On top of that, places were quoting me for almost $1000 while at Karma, they gave me a much more affordable and reasonable quote for these minor scratches. There was a very quick turnaround time (less than a week) for the work that was done, where other places were saying they wouldn’t be able to get to my car for months! Overall, I had a great experience in all aspects and am beyond happy with my choice to take my car to Karma. My car looks great!”
“These guys are great. I took my LS 460 in for 100k mile maintenance and the prices they charged were about 20% lower than what Lexus quoted me. They were able to explain everything that needed to be done and even showed me the parts that needed replaced and told me why. They were very accommodating with my schedule and even allowed me to drive their loaner Prius while my car was in service. They also allowed me to bring in my own OEM sparkplugs and only charged me for the labor.Great people all around. Even the receptionist would always answer phone calls promptly and was very patient with questions.”

“I enjoyed waiting at Grady's place while he checked out my car's alignment. He did an extensive check of the front end and determined that I did not need an alignment and just charged a small fee for the inspection. However, my visit there ended up increasing what I have to pay for dog food. His little dog was there and was quite friendly. Grady happened to mention that he feeds his 3 dogs a mix of a high quality dry food and Fresh Pet. That inspired me to try a small roll of Fresh Pet to mix with my dogs' dry food instead of the canned chicken I usually use. Holy mackerel -- both dogs went wild over it. It is better for them because it's a complete and balanced food and, although it doesn't cost much more than a can of chicken, it does cost more. The end result is I know where I will always go for alignments and my dog food bill has increased a bit -- but the dogs are happier!”
