“I'm super thankful there is great mechanics like this guy. I thought a nail punctured my tires and needed it to be plugged so I brought it to him. He was able to remove the nail and helped me realize it wasn't punctured through. He did all of the inspection for free even though the tire was not punctured. I even offered to pay him for his time and effort, but he humbly declined and told me to be safe on the road. Super thankful for this guy!”

I set an appointment as recommended and sure enough the installation process was done quickly. The mechanics did such a good job it would have been worth a longer wait. It is not just a one-and-done transaction for them, either. They will contact you periodically to come get the tire pressure checked. That is a quick process with air added, if necessary, along with a check for any embedded nails, screws etc. They are sincerely concerned with the condition of the tires, and therefore the driver's safety. This has been my best tire-buying experience ever, and I highly recommend Discount Tire for your next set of new tires.”

“These guys are amazing! I accidentally baked them, thinking they did alignments.. they do not. But they recommended the Alignment Guy shop behind theirs... that man helped me right away even though he had other cars ahead of me. I am from out of town and my son would not let me go home until my car was fixed, so he had my car on the lift in about 10 min.! He aligned it quickly then sent me back to Dale's Tire where they immediately rotated my tires in about a minute flat!! These 2 places really helped me that day to get on the road down south again. “Stephen was super helpful. Its so annoying dealing with people who will upsell you like crazy or pressure you into servicing that you don’t actually need. But Stephen was the exact opposite of that. Explained everything so it was easy to understand and there was no pressure at all. Definitely a place I’d recommend to others. “I unexpectedly got screws in both my passenger side tires. I brought my SUV in first thing Wednesday and Lee was more than accommodating. I was expecting to wait an hour but he had me in an out in 20 minutes by putting on my spare and plugging the other tire. He also pointed out dry rotted rubber on my control arm and gave me a quote. He answered all my questions and taught me a thing or two as well. I haven’t had service like this in a real long time, and I’m extremely grateful that Lee and the long haired fellow that was working by himself were there to assist me. I hope these 2 individuals are being compensated appropriately by their manager.”
