“I want to thank the staff at IMT for taking the time to take down the wasps next above my unit door. I’m extremely allergic to wasps and so it was a major inconvenience to have a nest form above my door, as I go in and out of my apartment frequently.

“I've been at nine 12 Gateway going on my second year. I love it here. It's very clean, quiet and well kept up inside and outside grounds are alway kept clean. Security here is safe, you never know whose watching but they are. The office management Lynn and Sophia along with maintenance are great they are alway available for you when you need there help. I almost lost the opportunity to renew but Sophia kept me updated on what was coming available for what I needed. . This is a great team and a wonderful place to live. The picture you see on there website is just what this place look like and better.
They even have food truck come even when you don't feel like cooking. Chanelle is great very nice representative. I love speaking with Sophia she alway has the answer you need and will make sure you are ok.

Even in a packed room of people waiting for her she was friendly, professional and made everyone feel welcome and assured that she would assist us as soon as possible. I was able to secure an apartment today so will need to update in the future how things go, but as it stands Elizabeth made the decision to move here very easy based on her personality alone. The grounds seem quiet, the trees and natural landscape are exactly what was needed and the floor plans are spacious. Looking forward to moving in. ?”

“The manager Portia is amazing. She really works with you on anything that you need whether the rent or a maintenance request. The property is constantly upgrading the community to keep it modern and gorgeous. They just upgraded the gym and work cafe area and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them.”
