Amara's big “trick up its sleeve” is the issue of security, despite the gates still being left wide open, which I particularly dislike, there has never been a lack of security, I have never heard of theft in the community, despite the high rate of theft in condominiums in the region. Metrowest. I love it and we feel safe living here .”

The pre-inspection process is an important step to avoid any issues at the time to move out. I have been in management position all my life and I know when an employee represents an organization very highly as Nancy Almonte. She is truly an asset for the Halston World Gateway organization.”

“location is prime and the staff is very friendly. Sarah in leasing has gone above and beyond for me and George from maintenance is amazing, he’s helped us endlessly over the years living here and has the best attitude no matter how hard or how late he’s working. One time we had a pipe leaking after hours and he drove all the way back after getting home to fix the problem, and he wasn’t even slightly annoyed, instead he was helpful and so understanding ??Only negative living here is the elevators 2/3 typically are only working and someone’s usually moving ?”

“One word….LINDA. She made my experience go so smooth, any issues I had she handled them quickly and went above and beyond to make me happy. She answered every question with knowledge and if she didn’t have the answer, she pointed me in the direction of who did. She’s a rarity in the rental industry and truly deserves a promotion in title if not in pay. 55 west is under construction as well as understaffed and she still gets it all done and calls her residents by name. Unreal! I absolutely LOVE my apartment and I’m so excited to live here and see what becomes of the new renovations ?”

“I’ve been living here several years and this is the best Staff we’ve had. I am so happy to have people who care about this property and it’s residents. They are Professional, welcoming, fun and very serious about cleaning up Woodlake and getting it right. The maintenance staff is on point as well. Gary the maintenance supervisor is patient and reliable. He also is serious about keeping the residents happy. Communication is key and he has it.Mari(manager) takes her job serious and we are impressed with all the improvements that are being made almost daily. This property is kept clean from trash and loitering. There is no hesitation when things are not acceptable here. Very important are the events they organize for us residents. Her staff is very creative and we look forward to each event . A great way to meet your neighbors!! We also enjoy the welcoming treats and snacks we are encouraged to stop by the office and partake. The only issues I had while living here for 3 years was the place is starting to show it's age and the couple people that wouldn't pick up after themselves.”

“Wanted to leave a great review for the employees that work here. The office and maintenance staff are so helpful and kind. People often get frustrated with the apartment, but there are some really kind, hardworking, and wonderful people working here. In the office, they have great employees and on the maintenance team as well. Most recently Danitza helped me through a couple of things and she was so kind, patient, and helpful. David from maintenance also recently helped us with an issue with our toilet. I was worried it would overflow, and they came right away to fix it. He was very helpful, quick and courteous. The maintenance team are always so kind and understanding. They work hard and try to resolve your issues as soon as they can. Everyone that we have encountered who works here at river ridge have always been really nice and helpful. We appreciate their hard work and time. Special thank you to all the staff at river ridge and an extra shout out and thank you to the maintenance staff for appreciation month for them. Thank you for all you guys do. “I live in building #6 , I use to have issues with anything the office said or sent out . They was super annoying at times. When I really took the time to get to know the staff , I see they are regular ppl doing they job . I keep reading all this reviews and some have valid points and the others are just simply angry and will say anything when they are upset and something don’t go our way . I was one of them ! I realize the office doesn’t make the rules they just have to enforce them . The owners make the rules . I’m not a fan of the changes , but the changes has made things better . If you not happy , move out , because if I’m not happy I’m move somewhere I’m going to be happy . Great job willow key .”

“I've lived here with 2 roommates for 3 years and honestly this complex fell out of heaven and into our laps. The pool is stunning and kept up with maintenance wise same with the gym and other amenities, the units are gorgeous and modern and very spacious, but the true light of the community has always been office manager Keyra Ruiz Colon she has been consistent and efficient throughout my years here. Through every issue and question Keyra has done her best to have an answer or find an answer concerning anything, she also conducts fabulous community celebrations in our clubhouse for holidays or just to get the community together. I've loved this apartment in my transition moving to Orlando, so you must be wondering why 4 stars and that's because of 2 key components. One when initially touring we saw the front gates and the gates attached to the building were a huge plus to why we applied however upon moving in the gates (the front or the ones attached to the building) have not worked they are always open and unlocked, they'll work maybe for a week then break again for one reason or another. The second reason is that in the excitement of finding this place we forgot to check for an elevator, after signing and moving in we'd realize this was a mistake having to move boxes, bed frames, groceries, packages etc has proved to be a bit of a challenge even just being on the second floor. However other than that this place hasn't been anything short than lovely it is central to everything, Universal is about a 5 minute drive as well as Target, a mall, and international drive, its also about 15ish minutes from Disney property.”
“I would love to live in this community several people have recommended this place to me and that it is super quiet for those who have children like me, I filled out an application but in another complex in Concord it is called River Ridge APARTMENTS I don't know if when they have low income units available they could Call me since the request is from Concord. I imagine the request could be changed. I hope you can help me find a unit for April or May. I would be very grateful.”
