“I have lived here for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The rent here is very reasonable, you won't find any place else this nice for this price in central FL anymore! The property and the buildings are very well maintained, the pool is very nice and clean, and I have never once had any bugs in my apartment! The office staff, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Aleyli, as well as all the maintenance staff are always very friendly and helpful! Maintenance responds very quickly if you put in a work order! The other residents all seem very courteous of one another, I've never had problems with loud or rude neighbors here at all.I highly recommend moving here if you're looking for an apartment! I almost crossed this place off my list because of some of the bad google reviews but I'm so glad I didn't!”

“I’ve been here a week and had a smooth move in. A few things were needed to be fixed in the apartment and maintenance was great with responding. Aracelis is incredible ! The maintenance manager and staff are great! Amenities are great, ONLY negative is a few dog owners who have no respect and don’t clean up after their dogs. Highly recommend living here, so quiet and peaceful”

“We are Korean, and it was our first time living in the United States. I returned to Korea after living here for a year, and it felt like a dream.When looking for a house, I looked at about 5 apartments nearby, but none were as good as this one.I tried to find a house in Oviedo, near UCF, but even the places with similar prices here had smaller areas.I lived in a place with a lake view next to the pool and clubhouse, and I was very satisfied. There were a lot of people in the pool on the weekends, perhaps because the pool was nice, but it didn't matter because you could swim on weekdays.There was a lot of storage space in the kitchen, and I was satisfied with the dressing room in each room. I had a great time without any inconvenience during my one year stay.The apartment facilities were overall clean and well maintained. The clubhouse and swimming pool seemed to be maintained every day, and it was nice that the pool was cleaned regularly.I was so satisfied with the apartment that I spent a year feeling like I was on vacation at a resort.thank you”

“I can't say enough about the standard of upkeep around Onyx apartments. Very beautiful and gives you a feeling of being home.Most of all is the professionalism and courtesy that was displayed by the office manager (Victoria).Victoria definitely raised the bar in her line of work. I had six apartments to visit and didn't go any further after talking with Victoria and taking the guided tour.Thanks Victoria for everything coming from out of state and not knowing the area you truly made a difference and lightened my load.
