“It's one of the older apartment complexes in the area, but never had any issues! The location is super convenient and is a more relaxed part of the Orlando metro, despite major growth in the last 20 years. I actually lived here twice with a college roommate back in 2002 and then again with my wife just a while ago.”

“Just moved to Florida from NYC and was staying with friends. Actually, came with my friend to visit her friend to tweak my wedding dress and fell in love with the establishment. Finally brought my daughters down and needed to find a place to live. Decided to rent due to the market being so expensive and not finding anything worth buying. When ready to rent, The Avenues at the Winter Springs was the first place I thought of. Sarah helped me with the process beginning to end. She was very helpful and very patient with me (my head was all over the place). She understood my needs and wants. Been here now for 3 weeks and I love it. The neighbors are very friendly! Areas are very clean. Maintenance calls are on point. Everyone is just nice and welcoming.”
