“I know that when looking for an apartment reviews are important so I wanted to add mine . I have lived here since 7/16 and my experience has been fine. I have not had an issues that had not been taking care of and I am comfortable in my home. Just signed a new lease with a very affordable increase.Maintenance is wonderful and the new office manager along with her assistant are making updated changes for the better.My only wish is that the gym would have weekend and evening hours.”

“Management and staff Karol, Jordan and Joel are professional and polite. The staff works very hard here to accommodate everyone. The maintain a high degree of professionalism and are also quite knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance response is always quick. Our microwave wasn’t working and it was replaced. The toilet was not working properly when we first moved in, they replaced it with a new one. The property is well-maintained by landscapers, and they do a very good job. And the maintenance staff can be seen at times picking up litter when needed. Great work ethic! Above and beyond.”

The grounds are always kept clean, the apartments are spacious, and the over-all living experience is rather quite neighborly and warm. Maintenance seems to have improved with the new management, and the over-all ambiance is friendly, safe and welcoming. Office management is friendly, helpful and courteous [the new management].”

“Where can I start about these amazing apartments. Everything is amazing from the Property manager Lattice(misspelled her name) my apologies. To the front desk assistant Amber, whenever there is a problem. They do there very best to fix it. And if unsure of the problem. They keep in communication with you until the problem is solved. And the maintenance staff is amazing if you see them. And ask them for help they are fast at responding. And if the problem takes more time they will keep you posted.Unsure of his name but there is one maintenance worker. That wear glasses he is awesome always happy and ready to fix any problems, he shows awesome customer service. And treat your problem like it's his. Tuscany at Aloma is truly a hidden gem. And it is a safe and nice area to raise your family.Been living here five years and every problem I have been fixed. And happy to call them home for my family.”
