“Had a nightmare of an experience with AT&T that is still continuing 36 hours in (and over 6.5 hours on the phone with customer service), but the staff at this store tried to patiently help me for over 2 hours (it still didn't work, but man, did they go to bat for me.) I have never been more disappointed in AT&T customer service for what I am going through but for the service in THIS store? I would give them my business all day every day.”

“After Apple Store's self proclaimed "Genius" Bar folks lied to me about my iPhone being unrepairable and needed to be replaced, Mobile Rescue in Norwalk just fixed it for $125 saving my $800-900. Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. GREAT to have Mobile Rescue in the area, and SHAME on Apple Store for outright lying I know Apple wants to sell phones but not all of us have $1k spare change sitting around.”

The staff are rude act like ur bothering them if u have a problem with ur phone. This store I just bought a new phone from Julian. He was very competent. “After "firing" T Mobile as my carrier because of their poor customer service and lack of cohesiveness as to the knowledge of their own services, I literally walked across the floor in the shopping mall to AT&T which directly faces T Mobile and got exactly what I wanted. Walter Geyer who works in the Trumbull Connecticut store handled exactly what I needed and more. A good conversationalist and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. His partner Tevin was also a tremendous help too. These young men deserve whatever higher positions in the company you can offer them if they desire them.”

I was greeted at the door by Jermaine and had one of the best customer service experiences in my life with Verizon. “The sound from my phone's speaker was distorted and difficult to hear because of a problem. I brought my phone to Fairfix, and Dima helped me out. It didn't take him long to figure out what was wrong with the speaker, and he fixed it right away. Dima's commitment to doing a thorough job of fixing the problem pleased me greatly. Before I left the shop, he made sure the speaker was working by testing it several times. I was so happy with the service that I asked him to change the battery in my phone, which he did perfectly.”

Another impressive thing is how the corporate customer service processes work seamlessly with the store experience.
