Another impressive thing is how the corporate customer service processes work seamlessly with the store experience. Then most importantly, the store manager Alex patiently pinned down each and every question and/or concern I had. Definitely a great way to start as a new customer!”

“I was in need of service on my Wolf Range. I called Aitoros and they connected me to their Service department. Jerry came to asses the problem. Parts were needed which he then ordered and was back within a week. He repaired my Range and calibrated both ovens. I am so glad to see that Jerry is still associated with Aitoro's. He has been with them for at least 25 years (he has serviced my Appliances for that long) and is an asset to the Company. He is very Knowledgeable and Professional. Thanks Again !!”

“Went to the mall with the grandson and we had to stop to take a look at the toys. All of the great toy stores are no longer around. Target is about one of the only stores which still has a somewhat decent toy store. We stopped in and it was great to see the wonder and amazement of an 8 year old boy. Target has a little bit of everything which makes it quite convenient when one needs to pick up several things.”

“My experience was great! The employees were plentiful & very helpful. I'm just hoping it's not too late. Because the store wasn't very busy. And I know that a lot of people are lazy, and only buy online. The problem I have with that, is brick & mortar businesses will close. And people still need jobs to support themselves. Especially our young people just starting out.”

“Been here twice both for screen replacement. First time around definitely not a pleasant experience as was told it would take 30 minutes to replace the screen over the phone yet when I dropped off the phone they said it take about one hour. After waiting almost 2 hours I left the phone there till the next day. Also I was told they would have temporary replacement phones but once at store they said they don't have that option at that store but suggested, I should just purchase a new one and then return it. (I didn't do that.)Second time around Booked the first or second appointment in the next morning. They said it Would take about one hour to fix. , I left the mall and within 20 minutes received a text saying my phone was finished. Just very inconsistent in this aspect.”

There is a wait when you first enter the store, simply because the manager was helping several people at once. The store is very busy, but he never made us feel rushed or ignored. Excellent service.”
“I recently moved to Westport and had a system installed by another company that was not available. We had a minor problem and couldn't figure it out. Saw the sign for Vivid Tek and called to see if they could help. They came right over and figured it out! We are so satisfied and will definitely use them in future.”
