“Had a nightmare of an experience with AT&T that is still continuing 36 hours in (and over 6.5 hours on the phone with customer service), but the staff at this store tried to patiently help me for over 2 hours (it still didn't work, but man, did they go to bat for me.) I have never been more disappointed in AT&T customer service for what I am going through but for the service in THIS store? I would give them my business all day every day.”

“After many, many years of being an AT&T client, I finally took the leap and changed to Verizon. Before doing so I went to the store and the knowledgeable staff clinched my decision. Another impressive thing is how the corporate customer service processes work seamlessly with the store experience. Then most importantly, the store manager Alex patiently pinned down each and every question and/or concern I had. Definitely a great way to start as a new customer!”
