“I want to thank the Mangers and Supervisors of this branch for FINALLY getting my money transfer issue right. It should not have happened like this . I also have issues with phone customer service of this bank (not related to this branch) that did not offer me a translator. However, the New Britain Ave branch finally got it done. Bottom line: If you are setting a wire transfer, a manager / supervisor MUST authorize it. If the teller / rep does not get that authorization, the wire never goes out. Problem solved!”

I have always found the tellers and VP's to be friendly, intelligent and kind. He as very pleasant and had everything ready for me when I entered the back as I had called ahead regarding copies of my interest for 2019 for the IRS. He is very knowledgable about bank procedures. I asked him about my stock that was forwarded to people's bank from farmington bank in the merger and he referred me in the right direction.
