Pro tip - Park in the lot around the back. There sure few designated spaces for Chase customers - sometimes full - and lots of other spaces too.”

“I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've always had great interactions here, the manager is friendly and has rescinded my overdraft fees a few times. Any bank will do this if you're just polite and friendly. So if you get an overdraft, just ask nicely. Don't call or visit with an attitude. And surveillance cameras are there for a reason. No matter who comes in the bank they video. Whether you're white, black, Asian, Middle Eastern, Slavic, what have you. If you want to see racism everywhere, you will.”

“I want to thank the Mangers and Supervisors of this branch for FINALLY getting my money transfer issue right. It should not have happened like this . I also have issues with phone customer service of this bank (not related to this branch) that did not offer me a translator. However, the New Britain Ave branch finally got it done. Bottom line: If you are setting a wire transfer, a manager / supervisor MUST authorize it. If the teller / rep does not get that authorization, the wire never goes out. Problem solved!”

“I have been a TD Bank customer since 2015. Over the 9 years, my interaction with the bank directly, is mostly non-existent.
The handful of times I have been to the branches, all staff has always been very prompt, professional and supportive.
I am giving TD 4 stars and not 5, because twice now in the last month I was not able to get a new debit card on site, even with a social security card.
Let’s rewind. The cause of me needing a new card to begin with, was due to a fraud alert that was triggered because I was attempting to purchase a $6.97 tire pressure gauge, in an area of town I frequent.
While I appreciate fraud alerts, holds, and a concern for the protection of my fiscal assets, this has caused me a boat load of frustration.
If you are going to claim to be “Americas Most Convenient Bank” then consider improving this.”
