“This review is for Shannon Everett "relationship banker #11" . My father and I went in to that bank yesterday needing some work done to his checking. Shannon was extremely Helpful. Shannon is so friendly and caring. She made my dad and I feel as if we were family. My father means the world to me. So I am very concerned about the way he is treated. Shannon made sure all of his needs were taken care of. I can not thank her enough for that. She made sure my father and I were comfortable and the nicest part of all ,,,,,she greeted him by his first name ....remembering it from almost a year ago.......Now that is amazing!!! “Liberty, Liberty, Li ber ty, Li ber ty.Wait that's the insurance company... this is the bank.They have a lot of money here. Much more than I'm allowed access to.The bankers are very nice and always pleasant. The money is always green, except for the change. That stuff is pretty metallic.They sell financial products here so you can make even more money.Most importantly, they are not those f*@kers at Bank of America where they steal your money, or Wells Fargo where they steal your identity. So far, this bank has treated me with respect, unlike all the massive banks.”

“Akan helped me out. I was in at 9am and was taken care of by 904am. He really listened to my concerns and helped me out quickly. Appreciate that because I had to be somewhere right after. I've never really had an issue with this bank location. The staff are professional and friendly and seem to want to resolve your issues. I also didn't realize we can make appts online, so I really appreciate that they've always helped me as a walk in. They should advertise making appts online though on their door or something so people are aware. Also some of the atms don't work quite often which is an inconvenience. So going forward, I would like to see the equipment/tools working more times than not”
