“This is the best bank I have ever dealt with. I had issues with Liberty Bank, Peoples Bank, and another bank that closed last year. The 3 of them treated me like a criminal when a customer of mine bounced a check to us. Santander Bank always treats me and my business, like royalty. If a problem arises, they work with you to fix it, rather than boot you out the door, like most others, so long as you are a responsible person. If you are a criminal, no bank should work with you.”

“I use this branch for the drive thru. It is very convenient when I'm in the Newington area and need cash quickly. It is a Liberty Bank, so I like it. The drive thru is way in the back and it has an ATM in one of the lanes.”
“The staff at this branch was amazing, after i visited the Farmington location I had a bad taste in my mouth, they were rude and asked a ton of questions regarding the service i needed which was to deposit checks and even attempted to get me to come back the next day after i told them i came out of my way in traffic. So thanks but no thanks Farmington and thank you Newington branch for even going out of your way to offer refreshments while i waited.”
