Multiple class times are available every day, so you can go when it works best for your schedule, mornings, noon, evenings and weekends. Weekly class format switches up between Strength, Metabolic, Endurance, Core, and some classes are a combination of everything. Yoga and Zumba are also offered at WIP, and the instructors are excellent! All the Coaches are attentive, encouraging and hands on. “My husband and I dropped in here because we have friends who workout here from years past, we live in Florida now and wanted a CrossFit gym to hit on a Saturday morning. Jen and the whole community was amazing and nice. We got a good workout in and was immediately welcomed with smiles and hellos. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a CrossFit gym with a good community to drop in at or join. Will definitely be back ❤️”

I have learned a lot of different workouts with the weights, rower , and treadmill (These things I would never try on my own in a regular gym). Been doing it for 3 months now and already have people commenting on how toned I look. All the coaches are very nice and helpful. The classes are fun and I enjoy taking them multiple times a week, which also keeps me consistent with working out. It is the best 1 hour of my day that I dedicate to myself and my wellbeing. All you have to do is show up and they do the rest. Highly recommend.”

“This is probably the only really professional rhythmic gymnastics club in the area. They do their best in enabling the girls to start and follow a professional sports career within USA Gymnastics framework and to have a lot of fun with recreational activities based on one's wish and desire. The price looks like to be very competitive for an individual sport.”

“I was so impressed on my first visit by the cleanliness of the gym and the friendliness of the owner, Jeff. I observed him motivating the person he was training and making sure the client had proper form. There were people of different ages and abilities. I felt welcome and did not feel judged. I highly recommend this gym and Jeff as a personal trainer. He will create workouts to help you reach your personal goals!”
“My kids are frequent guests to this place as it has a lot of different programs tailored to multiple ages. Depending on a program they might train stretching, balance or just play around - anything to dump a lot of energy from the little ones. They also offer drop offs called Parents Night Out for a reasonable price, which allows you as a parent to relax for 3 hours. I suggest calling them, as their website is not up to date and can miss programs. They also offer unlimited admission, which can be a good investment if you're ready to drive your kid here almost every day. I bought 2, so I will recommend it.”

My fitness coach meets me where I am at every workout, and since I am a person with Parkinson’s Disease, that can be a challenge. At YES, I always feel supported, but never coddled. I also appreciate the welcoming calm of the fitness studio; the idea of a big open gym with people coming and going always intimidated me. Finding YES was the turning point in my battle to stave off the ravishes of PD. I feel truly empowered for the first time since my diagnosis, fifteen years ago. I wouldn’t be where I am without the folks at YES, and I look forward to continuing my journey to strength.”
“I traveled into the Hartford area for work and was able to get a day pass at a good price. Typically I like to hit up the local powerlifting gyms but there were none in the area that accepted day passes. The gym is clean and had all the equipment I needed for my workout. They also have a good selection of protein drinks at the front desk. I would go back if I travel back to the area.”
