“My family and I had a great experience here on 6/7/24. We went in about an hour before close to upgrade my personal phone, it ended up being a better deal to upgrade our family phone plan which included free upgraded phones for the whole family. The lady we worked with explained this all in detail and was efficient but not pushy.
The truly best part was our old phones were taking a very long time to download onto the new phone. This representative without a single complaint stayed an hour and a half after closing so we could leave with our phones fully functional! We apologized to her not expecting this to take so long hence us coming in right before close but she was so kind and didn’t make us feel like a bother at all!
I very much wish I knew her name to give her the proper thank you she deserves but she was 1/2 associates there that day and both were very helpful! They both deserve a round of applause!”

“Just OK. Felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. He kept disappearing I to the back and was pushy about buying extras. Misrepresented the discounts according to accounting (I finally found a phone # for headquarters on line). Don't know if the salesman treats everyone this way or just eldery widows”
“Large location including a full grocery area, Starbucks, and CVS. Their drive up option is 100%. I usually go during the week day while my kids are in school. I'm not sure if I've just had bad luck when I go, but I always seem to go when they're stocking shelves. They are polite and move their stocking carts from the middle of the aisle to the sides so I can get by, but I feel like I'm disturbing them. I'm sure it's to look trendy, but their diagonal aisles in the back irk me. I'm always using the app to locate where things are and it makes it difficult to navigate where the aisle numbers are.”
“Fantastic team. They saved the day... I came in, a bit desperate, trying to reconnect an extra phone line for my mother-in-law. She was already on the plane coming in from out of the country.
I had just spent 20min at a different Verizon store, with an employee repeatedly telling me that there was nothing that could be done. While trying to charge me 2x more for something that I didn't want... I could go on about that experience, but I won't.
Soon after, I arrived at this store, where everyone was understanding and genuinely trying to help. They took care of everything and got my additional line set up in less than 15min... Instead of one person telling me "no" over and over (while not even letting me take a seat), the employees here quickly worked together and came up with a solution. Top notch service. I wish I had come here to begin with.
