I ordered online and did an in store pick up. Everything went smoothly besides the fact the associate couldn't scan the barcode on my phone. Luckily, he was able to pull my order up from my phone number. He was very courteous and made the whole process simple.

Sold my husband a box of earbuds with no earbuds in them. Went back to the store and was accused of stealing the product. Tried to call the manager but this store has no telephone. Finally talked to a manager in person. He said he'd talk to his General Manager then call me back. Never heard from him again. So Much more!!!!

It's unusual that I can't call the store and talk to someone about an item. I get sent to a call center in another country that barely speaks English. I had to make 3 trips to the store (30 miles each) to make my $2800 purchase.
