Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... “Great place to shop. Clean, nice variety of phones and accessories, great staff. I had an issue with buying a new phone (surprisingly a medical issue), so I had to temporarily go back to my old phone, but couldn't get it to work.Other Cricket store staff couldn't or wouldn't fix the issue, I was tired of trying and had no service on my phone for a few days.We were at the Aurora Mall for a different reason, and decided to stop in. Alondra not only helped me, but took the time to call Cricket customer service to troubleshoot the problem, and fixed it so I could use my phone again.She is amazing, very professional, kind, and helpful!! 5 stars because of her wonderful customer service.I will definitely go back for accessories, have my family buy their new phones there, and to refer others there.Thank you Alondra. ?????”

“Antonio was very helpful. He showed me the different phones and tried to simplify the different plans. Which is a good thing! Don't really care for cricket phones but I needed a phone and my carrier after being with them for 7 years kept shutting my hotspot off on my 4G phone. Then they finally told me that I would have to upgrade to a 5G in order to get my hotspot back. This went on for 3 months! Every time I call they'd walk me through the settings and all this just trying to BS me. I hate companies like that!”
