The customer service at Century Link is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Spoke with 4 reps who said they couldn’t help me and had no desire to find someone who could and I even had a rep hang up on me. If we weren’t so limited to century link or Xfinity I’d never use either one. So annoyed.
