“Aisha was amazing!! I placed on online pickup order from a location 1 hour away and arrived at my local store. Duh!! My mistake but Aisha worked to get the order transferred instead of cancelling it which would have caused a 10 delay in the refund of the original order charge. It wasn't easy but it was her idea and she pulled it off. Uncommon these days to have such dedication to customer service! THANK YOU for such an outstanding experience!”
“Large location including a full grocery area, Starbucks, and CVS. Their drive up option is 100%. I usually go during the week day while my kids are in school. I'm not sure if I've just had bad luck when I go, but I always seem to go when they're stocking shelves. They are polite and move their stocking carts from the middle of the aisle to the sides so I can get by, but I feel like I'm disturbing them. I'm sure it's to look trendy, but their diagonal aisles in the back irk me. I'm always using the app to locate where things are and it makes it difficult to navigate where the aisle numbers are.”
