“Because of all the great reviews I read about LA story alterations, I went there, and had Susie alter a dress I was planning to wear for my granddaughter’s wedding. She did a beautiful job, and because of that great experience, I had her alter The dress I was planning to wear for my daughters wedding four months later. Both dresses turned out absolutely beautiful. Also, she did a marvelous job altering my younger daughter’s dress, who was the maid of honor at her older sister’s wedding. I highly recommend LA story alterations.”

“This studio is a gem! I’m so glad I finally checked out PBWH! The classes are a nice variety of workouts that are perfect for someone like me who needed to get back on track after living a not-so-active lifestyle for years. Don’t get me wrong, those in great shape also get solid training since each class is adaptable for each individual. In addition, the owner (Stacy), instructors and front desk staff, are all lovely. Everyone is welcoming, helpful and supportive. It truly is a great community and I’m ecstatic to be a part of it.”

“I love this store. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. During the pandemic they were so good about delivering products to your home. I love that they give you samples of products. I've made so many purchases from those samples. LOL -They have an awesome Rewards program as well. This is my go to beauty supply store. They always have stock and provide for all my needs. I never had luck with other beauty supply stores. More times then not they were never stocked with product. I saved myself the stress years ago and since then ERA is the only store I frequent. It's just so easy and no stress Such a great store. I'm hooked on ERA!!”

The staff both times were extremely helpful when I wanted to purchase an online gift card. “I just can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am for the owner, Miss Kelly who with each encounter seems only to grow more gracious and accommodating and happy to assist. There is a genuine air of sincerity when she speaks and no sense of impatience or malevolence. She treats the customer with the smallest of purchases as kindly as she would one who made the cash register sing! When I telephone she comes to the phone and is calm and kind and professional and so personal that you almost think she must remember you! Though I can no longer make it to the store, please go yourself and buy lots of her unique and quality gifts and wearables as this is good energy we want more of in this world! He hit all the marks - and quickly.The store is on a weird corner but parking in the back is easy enough and the store is well stocked. I will definitely go back for my future fishing needs.”

“I bought some casual short sleeve shirts here for $60 - $65 each. One of them is pretty nice. The other two are just for something to wear while walking. They didn't have a great selection. The salesperson was great (I didn't get her name), though, as my partner pointed out to me, the cashier didn't bother to fold them neatly before putting them in the bag. There's only one fitting room so you may end up waiting to try things on.”

“M.fredric has always been the best clothing store around. I started going when they opened in Studio City, bought my favorite outfits there, for myself and my children. Moved to Calabasas, and then to Westlake Village. Their excellent taste and quality selections make shopping fun without getting overwhelmed. I'm on a budget but found out it's worth it to pay a bit more for things I love! Their children's/baby section also cannot be beat! I cannot leave empty handed! My daughters shop there, and so do my grandchildren now. It's a family tradition at this point!”
