There is a genuine air of sincerity when she speaks and no sense of impatience or malevolence. She treats the customer with the smallest of purchases as kindly as she would one who made the cash register sing! When I telephone she comes to the phone and is calm and kind and professional and so personal that you almost think she must remember you! Though I can no longer make it to the store, please go yourself and buy lots of her unique and quality gifts and wearables as this is good energy we want more of in this world! “If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“Wanted to share my thoughts about this place from a sellers point of view. In an era where a bunch of consignment shops are popping up and swiftly going out of business (god knows what happens to the shoes), Equvalence has been solid. They’ve been in the valley for way longer than these tik tok trend shops and the people working here are good folks. I decided to bring a big part of my collection to the store. The owner met me at the store and we went through the items one by one. He even gave me the assurance of seeing his insurance policy protecting my shoes. Their website is easy to navigate as a consigner and every Monday, I get a Zelle payment to my account if I’ve sold something in the prior week. Consignment fees are also very good in the market and they do a great job with social media and displaying your shoes, clothes, and accessories. Looking forward to continued selling with Equvalence”

“Great help today for a halibut / shore fishing setup. Worked with Kaden (?) and he was very helpful and did all the work for me - with my particular parameters (weight, action, length, price, etc..) He hit all the marks - and quickly.The store is on a weird corner but parking in the back is easy enough and the store is well stocked. I will definitely go back for my future fishing needs.”

“I bought some casual short sleeve shirts here for $60 - $65 each. One of them is pretty nice. The other two are just for something to wear while walking. They didn't have a great selection. The salesperson was great (I didn't get her name), though, as my partner pointed out to me, the cashier didn't bother to fold them neatly before putting them in the bag. There's only one fitting room so you may end up waiting to try things on.”

“Super "Mark" was amazing! We went to different suit stores and we went back to him because he was the best. Did alterations for cheap and ready within an hour for 2 suits and he even pressed the shirts we bought! What more could you ask for? The best part - they have good quality suits that's cheaper than the cheap polyester suits they have at suit outlets. Can't go wrong with this one! Don't think twice, just go!”

“I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”

“I had a terrific time this afternoon when I came to this Foot Locker store. I been here before but it been a while since I got a shoe from here since I usually wear Project Rock. When I walked in the store today, an employee greeted me. I went straight to the adidas men section to look for a comfortable shoe for car detailing. My old Project Rock delta cushion was worn out so I needed a new shoe. The same employee who greeted me came over and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I needed a comfortable shoe for car detailing and he said the ultra boost is very comfortable. I told him I wanted something cheaper and he said the Retropy E5 is almost the same material but cheaper so I tried that on. The Retropy E5 felt amazing when I put it on and the cushion on the bottom feels like you're stepping on foam. It's very soft and when you jump on them, the pressure when landing is almost nonexistent. I was very happy with that shoe so I went home and got it from their website since I had a code for online.”

“The manager and staff at this location are all amazingly friendly. We went in when it was a little bit of a down type (mid week). All of the staff were assisting us and answering questions. If there was something that they didn't have in store, the manager offered to mail it to us. It was overall a great experience, especially considering most customer service is going down at a lot of retail locations.”

He also got some shorts that were on sale. The come to find out store manager was helping us check out. She was so nice and was really friendly very inviting. I never been here before, but I can definitely see myself coming here when it's my time to get some items. Great atmosphere”

“This is a premium styles store so most of their jeans are 100% cotton or close to it. They can embroider and fix jeans too. But what I wanted to highlight is their customer service. There were at least 3 people that worked together to help and get me the styles I asked for. Justin stood out with a smile, eager to answer and find what I needed. I'll be going back!”

My son has special needs and I really appreciated the patience the employee (forgot his name) had who took my son's measurements and got him fitted for his suit. Even though they were busy and had people waiting he wasn't trying to rush us and really took the time to go over everything with us including all of the details.
