“If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”

“Today the antie's had to come in and save the day. Our niece need us to pick her up and take her to dance class. What you don't have your dance bag with you . Well thank goodness there is a boutique right inside the dance studio. Be prepared for everything inside to be complete quality . Workout outfit $69 not bad. For all your dance needs come to twirl dance boutique five hearts Five leotards five stars!!”

It would be lovely if they could increase the inventory at this store or get quicker shipping from corporate. Otherwise it's better just to ship from the online site.”

“M.fredric has always been the best clothing store around. I started going when they opened in Studio City, bought my favorite outfits there, for myself and my children. Moved to Calabasas, and then to Westlake Village. Their excellent taste and quality selections make shopping fun without getting overwhelmed. I'm on a budget but found out it's worth it to pay a bit more for things I love! Their children's/baby section also cannot be beat! I cannot leave empty handed! My daughters shop there, and so do my grandchildren now. It's a family tradition at this point!”

“I came here to pick up an online purchase I made for a gift. I mentioned to the employee how I was shocked that their website said they were out of stock on the item, but within an hour of ordering it for online pickup, it was ready at the location. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and mentioned that the store stock online is very unreliable and to always call the store first. Even though it was clearly not her fault (or the store's for that matter) she was very apologetic for the mistake. It was a wonderful customer service experience. If I need to get another item for my wife, I'll be sure to to come here because of that. And, if by any chance they ever start selling men's exercise clothes I'll absolutely shop here for myself.”

“Came here so my partner could get some clothes. They had some pretty good deals and the shits he got were nice and light not too heavy at all and had a great vintage look to them. He also got some shorts that were on sale. The come to find out store manager was helping us check out. She was so nice and was really friendly very inviting. I never been here before, but I can definitely see myself coming here when it's my time to get some items. Great atmosphere”

“It has been a while since I've shopped at Uniqlo but they have really stepped their game up. The store is very nicely kept and super clean. The quality of the clothes have improved and are still a very good deal. I with there was a Uniqlo closer to me. All of their clothes seem to fit me perfectly. The checkout process was super fast. Their new registers blew our minds and made everything so easy.”

“I ordered online and picked up in store. The process was simple, however when I arrived I was told they didn't have one of my items, so I ended up having to look for a different one because I needed exactly five shirts. I wish the site had told me they didn't have the item because having to shop for a new one in store defeated the purpose of ordering online. The store itself is great, had so many great deals. Saw a comment about the store being messy but that wasn't the case when I went.”

“It was nice looking around the store during the evening time on a weekday. The place was quiet enough and the lines were either short or non-existent. After a while, I found what I was looking for, tried it on, and went to the checkout stand close by the women's fitting rooms. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before I was next.I was met with a warm, friendly greeting by an employee I believe was named Diego. They were kind and patient when I asked to sign up for the JCPenney rewards and were able to implement the coupon/savings on my purchases right then and there. Overall, a great experience. “Ruby helped me yesterday and gave me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. I'm a new mom and since having my son have really struggled with my postpartum body. Ruby was able to relate to that feeling and she helped me find a whole new wardrobe. She could tell that I felt lost and didn't know what to pick out or where to start. She spent extra time with me and encouraged me to try sizes and outfits I would have never thought to pick because I'm not good at fashion and because of her, my self-esteem is renewed. What she did for me in the store goes beyond excellent customer service. She fixed my confidence issue and made me feel like a new woman. It's rare to meet a retail worker that passionate about helping others. Also, GAP has amazing leggings that are very well priced and even though crop tops are in fashion you can find real whole shirts in this store that are wonderful quality. I also recommend the cigarette jeans. If you are a new mom or insecure about your body just wait to see Ruby (the lady with purple hair). She will help you. Thank You GAP!”

“I stopped by this H&M location while waiting for my movie to start. I wanted to see if they had any new colors for their easy iron dress shirt since those are one of the only product I wear from here. They didn't have a lot of selection and I didn't see anything that I like so I went to look at their dress jacket and pants. They had some good colors and the prices were not so bad so maybe I'll get them when they are on sale. The store is pretty organized and there were workers walking around the store if you need any help. This H&M is 2 stories so they'll likely have more stuff than other H&M location.”

“I went in to look for some specific clothes for a work event and found exactly what I was looking for. They had a great promo for signing up for a credit card and getting a huge savings. While the process took a long time to apply (not the stores fault) Elaina was amazing working through the process. Working in retail I know how frustrating these processes can be, and she worked through it amazingly. I'll definitely be back to this store because of her.”

“I was at this store today to exchange a couple of adorable outfits for larger sizes. Not only did they accommodate me with holding the one outfit I was able to exchange, because they still had it in stock, the sales lady remembered me & the item she was holding from our phone conversation the other day. She showed me the location of the sizes I needed, devoted some time to help me find an outfit or dress to exchange for the other outfit they didn't have in stock & came back after she helped other customers to see if she could further assist me.”

“This Zara is my least favorite to go to BUT is the closest one to me. Last night the young lady who helped me find a shoe I really wanted was the best! The only had one on the floor and the second shoe was missing. I asked if she could help me and she did! She was great Nigin I believe was her name! She was the sweetest and told me she was there to help. Believe me when I say I asked 2 other associates to help and they said they could not. The other young women at the register was so upset she was helping me and even told the other associate that she should have just told me it was sold out. Where is the customer service? She obviously hates her job. This is why I’d rather drive farther to a different Zara but thanks to Nigin for the help! Zara needs to hire more people like her and less like the other young lady. This was 5/5/23 around 7pm.”
