“I first came to JP when I started shopping around for my engagement ring. I had no idea what I wanted so I went to the common engagement stores such as Brilliant Earth and Robins Brothers to get an idea and also get pricing estimates. It wasn't until I ended up at JP that I realized those stores have a crazy markup and less flexibility for the ring I ended up wanting. I told JP exactly what I wanted so he created a custom ring for me and even with the customization the ring ended up costing significantly less than those chain jewelers. He listened to every single specification I wanted and gave his honest opinion on what would look better in the long run, last longer, etc,. Once he had a few diamonds for me to look at he gave me enough time to look at them in person, gave me renderings of the ring to look at and even built a wax figure of the ring before I haven't final sign off. He made this process seamless and I appreciate all the work he did to design my dream ring. My fiancée also loved how much information he provided him about the ring to ensure he felt comfortable with his purchase. I will definitely be returning to buy our wedding bands. Thanks JP!”

She found my 40 mm Grand Seikos and others, a bit too much for her wrist. The staff was really helpful, friendly yet professional. She felt very comfortable. The whole experience was amazing for her. “I have known of this pawn shop since I moved to Reseda as a kid in 1989. The massive business logo will burn a hole through your soul as you sit there stuck during afternoon traffic on Reseda Boulevard & Sherman Way on a 4th of July! Experiences will change with the times and the endless recruit of fresh employees that come and go. I decided to go during the weekend to seek a loan with an electronic item I forgot I had just sitting around. Luckily, I was helped quickly and gave me a list of items I would be needing in order to complete my $125 loan. Very simple process and in a few minutes I was given an envelope with the cash and even let me choose what bills I wanted for my convenience. Even the guard was a friendly young gentleman who didn't give me the death stare like at other places. I would score my experience a 10 out of 10 and would recommend if you're seeking a loan with a something worthwhile of course. Hopefully this may help someone who is trying to narrow down their list of pawn shops they want to visit in the near future.”
