“While taking a nice walk on a beautiful day I just happened upon this little shop and was curious. Could use a couple chef knives for work and browse the rest. Ends up they do not get many professional chef knives often but the store is nonetheless absolutely worth a visit. Nice selection of memorabilia displayed so you can check out prices on your own. I don't know if you can try an negotiate a cash price, yes people use cash and pawn shops collect cash much more than most retail shops. I like to bargain, it's how it's done all over the world, since the dawn of civilization in fact. Barter system is simple and cash is the next best thing to gold. Which they will offer a fair price if you want to sell something. Nelly runs the place when the owner is out and I can say this, you will be given excellent customer service, honesty and an enjoyable experience. Looking for an old bicycle or maybe a PlayStation or set of tools and all the jewelry! My goodness it felt like I was in a fancy store in Beverly Hills, seriously you will be surprised and delighted should you choose to patronize this little gem, you won't regret the effort. In fact, you might thank me for my review because I'm telling you it is a rad, badazz shop full of memories and treasure trove of special items you might find a baby gem inside this momma Gem. “Came in a little nervous because I've never step foot inside a designer jewelry boutique of this kind, yet my good friend walked us in and we were greeted by a security guard and a host of some sort who assigned us with the amazing Michelle Ku. I came in with the intention of purchasing a single piece (Love necklace) yet I left the boutique with two pieces for my mother's birthday gift. I was nervous yet glad because Michelle not only knows about Cartier product but also understands what a woman would want as a gift of this nature. I told her what price range I was in the market for and she showed me countless beautiful pieces that fit that preference. Basically I needed a woman's opinion and she went above and beyond to assure me the pieces I'd eventually choose would be perfect for my mother! I intend to return here to buy myself a ring by Cartier and I hope the wonderful Michelle Ku will assist me again! My good friend and I were also blown away by the customer service we received as well as the store ambiance. Thanks Michelle Ku and Cartier!”

I showed him what I wanted to see and he even brought out the rose gold version. I told him it was a gift and he wrapped it up. Nice location and very clean.”

“As someone who has shopped at Brighton since the '90s in multiple locations, I can say this Brighton is awesome like most. I was looking for something for my wife & sister here and had multiple people help and offer suggestions. Maybe the new manager has turned things around since the old reviews, but I seriously have never had an issue at this store. Angela and Taylor both found things that we ended up getting...they were both really nice and Stacy (manager) was awesome.Don't know wussup with reviews, but as of 2023 (post pandemic I'd guess), totally good!”
