“I visit this neighborhood post office nearly every day to ship packages for my business. Since I do my shipping online, my prepaid parcels can be dropped right off at a convenient area just to the left of the normal service windows. So I'm usually in and out in a minute or two. Other times, I will need to ship internationally or have some special service done, so I confront the task of waiting in line.If you come at the right time, the place is literally empty as if it were out of business. Other times, you'll have a 15 minute wait. But this isn't unusual for any US Post Office these days. At least everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and pretty expedient.The one-way parking lot is pretty big and sometimes busy with people coming or going. If you just need to drop a few letters off, you can avoid parking lot all together and stay to the right when entering the parking lot. There's two large USPS bins available right from your car window.Just inside the main lobby, there are now two self service automated machines with scales and all to handle a lot of the typical services one needs. These service machines are available after hours. There's also a FedEx Express box just outside the building. Sometimes, when I am elsewhere in town and need to drop, I am reminded how happy I am with this local post office.”

“I drove here from Oxnard to send 2 DHL packages. The worker is friendly when I walked in. The guy scan, weight, and added a shipping pouch. Make sure you bring your shipping documents to avoid issues. They also take USPS, Fedex, and UPS parcels. My local area has a DHL service point but there are lack of reviews for parcels service and I'm wasn't comfortable dropping them off. This business will be my go to location for dropping off DHL parcels.”

“I rarely need to package and ship items, and if I do I'll usually go to USPS because it seems "easiest" and they're close by. I tried to ship something with them but their selection of boxes were so bad, and their customer service the same. I tried to go to UPS and FedEx also nearby but same issue so I honestly gave up for the day. I went to the plaza Mailbox Central was located in to grab pet food and noticed their store. I popped in to ask a few questions and Bryan was very kind and helpful. I went to grab my items from the car and came back and Bryan helped wrap and package my items to keep them safe and stable in transit. Kindness and helpfulness are priceless. Thank you.
