“I was waiting in the line at Walmart. There was a customer ahead of me and the clerk explained to him that the roller machine is not working. The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the scanner and behave very inappropriately. On the contrary the clerk Orlando was calm and smiled and did his job at best. He was very (actually extremely professional) with the client action. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding nicely. Highly recommend Walmart. Orlando is well deserved to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays!”

“This company is so fair and amazing. They don't treat you like an account number. They truly care about you. I needed to be trained on how to enter my contacts and pair my Bluetooth. Arvin patiently stayed on the phone with me for probably 2 hours until I had everything done as I am not great with technology and my granddaughter was out of town. I also ended up get 2 new phones for free and saved money with the $15 plan that we got from them. AT&T doesn't work great in my area and I have Verizon network now through them. Highly recommend. Family owned operation which I like. I appreciate good old fashioned customer service. Hate going to outside of the country.”

“Since the Corbin and Nordoff store closed down a couple years ago. I usually send my friends and family here to this store. I usually ask for Yoshi or Edwin if they are available. I know they will be taking care of when I send them here. Parking isn't too bad, i do like they finally remodeled this place. I remember sprint use to be at this location but apparently sprint got bought out. This place looks WAY cleaner than before and more well lit.I would recommend try booking appointments first around the evening time or weekends. It can get crazy and the waits can be really long. There is a porto's across the street they have just built just in case your wait is longer than usual. Im not in the area, but when I am and if have any questions, ill stop by here.”

“Had 1 of 2 Esim numbers stop working for no apparent reason. Came into the Simi Valley Town Center location where I met Shane who brought the ATT tech support center into the problem solving process. However, tech support said it was an IOS update issue and I could never use both ESIM’s at the same time. Shane didn’t give up on me and researched the issue refusing to stop until he got both numbers working. Shane was was successful and I highly encourage everyone to use their online appt calendar to set an appt & experience their amazing customer service at this location first hand!”
