Tricia helped me and she was super nice and fast!She helped me get out some important items. The store is beautiful and smells great cause there’s an Italian restaurant next door! Yum!

Hands-down, the best UPS store I have ever been to. I was helped by Tyrique who was incredibly helpful kind, and patient with me with all of my returns and boxing needs. In comparison to a lot of service, I have received that other UPS, this was amazing and the employees were phenomenal.

If you go to the UPS store, make sure to ask for Marcus. He was very attentive and detail oriented. He explained to me the different options and ancillary services available to the customers. You can't go wrong with the UPS at the Village in Woodland Hills.
