“I recently had to send a fax ( I felt super old school) and came to this UPS store. They have only been open about a year and I enjoy coming to this location because there is plenty of parking!The inside is really clean and the staff is very helpful! I also have come here a few times to return some things to Amazon. They have a lot of different things you can do here which makes it s great one stop shop. They also have all your boxes and other packaging available for service.I never feel rushed when I come here and they are always helpful. Even though this location isn't the closest one to my home, I prefer coming here.”

“This post office just saved a stray Christmas present for me. The address was written wrong on the label making it undeliverable (user error on my or the shippers fault). After reaching out to the post office for help, they held the mail and worked with me to get it picked up. I am so grateful for their competency and consideration.”

“This was a great location to gather my mail and packages while during my extended stay in CA. It is very close to LA and is a must if you are needing a temporary or additional mailbox if you're near the Winnetka, Topanga, West Hills, or even Thousand Oaks area. I even chose to keep my box when I was staying closer to the Hollywood area. For one, the people who run it are very nice and pleasant to deal with. They form a rapport with their customers and memorize their information such as their box number, which of course felt nice. Im sorry That I had to eventually pack up and leave due to moving. Please, do not hesitate to get a box and try out Express Pack and Ship in Winnetka, CA. Did I mention, they are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the USPS central office in Winnetka.
