To my surprise a gentleman by the name of Elijah greeted me I must say he has great customer service skills. I got new phones home internet that works amazing better than Xfinity and I am saving a lot of money. Also Don the store manager was very helpful and very professional. I definitely recommend this store and you must ask for Elijah to help you he will give you are a great deal.”

“In purchasing a package deal phone I observed my phone had a crack on screen, my Girlfriend said it's the "screen protector, I wasn't convinced and thought it was the Screen itself. She insisted we march back down to T' Mobile on March Ln Stockton Ca to speak to management. I was greeted with a smile and great customer service Maria and (Manager Danny). Indeed assured me it was the protector not the screen itself. immediately they serviced my phone no charge replacing the screen protector. They suggested the $9 Insurance that would allow me personal peace of mind if anything happens to phone in future it was covered. (* Small Deductible) Thank you Team T' mobile”
