“I typically don't write reviews for specific employees, but my experience with this particular employee had a profound effect on how I feel about T mobile as a company.In the last 12-14 days, I got a notification from Samsung saying I needed to perform a software update, which happens from time to time when they patch security issues and make some changes based on the feedback they are receiving from their customers. However, I usually am given the option to delay the update or start it immediately. Not this time. I had to start the update immediately in order to continue using my phone, which was a first for me. So I updated it, and when it finished, I immediately noticed that my phome was performing much slower, and my data was being throttled. I was experiencing latency as I'd never before seen it. I also noticed a lot of Bloatware was installed on my phone, which I could not remove.I immediately drove to this T Mobile store feeling very upset. I was helped with 2 minutes of walking in by a very welcoming,Kind, disarming young lady named Celia.I told her everything that was goingAnd, within 20 minutes, she had it fixed for me, and she was all smiles the whole. It was very obvious to me during my visit that she took pride in her work, and it was important to her that I left satisfied.I am beyond impressed with her work ethic and customer service skills. I hope she is appreciated there because employees like her are difficult to come by. I would not hesitate for a second to hire her myself if I had the opportunity.Thank you, Celia!”

“Had a great experience here. I had two phones that needed repair one with broken front glass and the other with a broken front speaker. The price was very reasonable and had it them repaired the same day. The gentleman was very friendly and was very easy to have a conversation with. The only reason I'm not making this a five star is because I called later in the day to verify the phone were ready to be picked up, but no one answered. I called three times with about at least 10 mins apart. So, I had to drive there to see if they phones where ready. But all in all, definitely going to be going back there with any other phones I might need repaired.”

To my surprise a gentleman by the name of Elijah greeted me I must say he has great customer service skills. I got new phones home internet that works amazing better than Xfinity and I am saving a lot of money. Also Don the store manager was very helpful and very professional. “In purchasing a package deal phone I observed my phone had a crack on screen, my Girlfriend said it's the "screen protector, I wasn't convinced and thought it was the Screen itself. She insisted we march back down to T' Mobile on March Ln Stockton Ca to speak to management. I was greeted with a smile and great customer service Maria and (Manager Danny). Indeed assured me it was the protector not the screen itself. immediately they serviced my phone no charge replacing the screen protector. They suggested the $9 Insurance that would allow me personal peace of mind if anything happens to phone in future it was covered. (* Small Deductible) Thank you Team T' mobile”

“Shout out to the AT&T Customer Service (CSR) Store at 5756 Pacific Ave in Stockton, CA!My phone had been in SOS status for at least 3-4 days. I thought one of my grandchildren may have hit the emergency button, causing the phone to default into this status. The phone was dead as a door knob.I tried every YouTube hack I could find online, but none of them worked. Disheartened and discouraged by what use it would be to drop-in at the AT&T store, I made my way there on Valentine’s Day. With a little research, we learned that the phone had been shut off by a 3rd party emergency agency whose representatives had now taken a very unwelcoming tone and position with the AT&T CSR. Although the CSR was interceding on my behalf, he too was hung-up on as well.The store manager apparently noticed the time and energy his agent was now spending on this matter as he well. The manager did not come and take over, neither did he micro manage. He gave his CSR the needed latitude to continue working his magic while tapping an agent source that could seemingly solve the problem. They began working the problem from both ends.What great team work!Watching them organically align and attack the problem was inspirational. We were already greater than 3 hours or more into this thing but they were undaunted. And, the support team member was a skilled master in the 3rd party service offering that had gone so wayward. This kid was skilled and moved with an agile resolve that incrementally knocked down every up-cropping problem until we got to seemingly impossible ‘YES’. The problem was solved.Thank you all very much.It’s important to also mention the young lady that originally began working on this issue before passing it off.I celebrate this team, and wish to hold them out as a great example of excellence in action.”

“This location,don't go anywhere else. If you want professional, respectful, knowledge service, come here. Do not go anywhere else. Limited inventory but when u want quality integrity in service support, these guys are freaking awesome. Always staffed, always monitored and always acknowledged even if they are with another customer or assisting another client they acknowledge you at first entrance. come here at this location. And leave them a great comment, they deserve it! ? Tom and team are awesome. My mother is elderly and not once did my mother feel intimidated nor rushed to make rash decisions spending her time on additional devices she didn't need. Including services. They were even patient with her. My mother didn't feel any discrimination like the March lane store does. MARCH LANE YOU SUCK IN SERVICE AND STAFFING. “Spoke with Destiny on the phone to see if they had the new iPhone 15 pro max in stock, was told to wait for a phone call since the phone was located in the safe which takes sometime to open up. Was given a call within the time frame that was promised. Decided to upgrade my phone, the smoothest experience I've ever had at any AT&T location, thanks to her! She not only helped me but 3 other customers all at once. She is truly a wonderful employee, who knows how to treat and assist her customers. Needs to be promoted or given a raise! 10/10 experience.”

The situation was that I had everything picked out, when I realized I'd left my debit card at a restaurant a few miles away. He insisted he'd wait for me to get it and bring it back to complete the purchase, even though he wouldn't get overtime and I suggested we could finish the transaction the next day.”

“My story is long and unnecessary but let me just say this: after going to different Metro stores, T- Mobile and Best Buy to get my new phone hooked up, I was pretty much ready to throw in the towel on my new phone... Nobody could help. I was getting the run around. Until I decided to try a different Metro and got the help of a genius young lady named Rena. She knew exactly what she was doing and how to do it. She really needs to train the other Metro employees that seemed so clueless. If I could have tipped her, I would have. I hope someone if importance sees this and recognizes her awesomeness.
