The old manager had no idea what was done; however the new manager understood everything and worked right on the issue. He escalated my case to Tier 3 and I got my refund of the old phone the same day. I am really happy with the service under the current manager. He is awesome and understands his customer needs well. Awesome!!”

“Kind of late after my experience, but I had a great experience at this store when I took my new iPhone (which I'd ordered from Apple online) in to get help with transferring everything from my old iPhone. The Sales Manager worked with me and spent hours making sure everything transferred completely. He was such a friendly and great guy! We've always had a great experience here with no pressure at all to purchase anything. I only purchased what I requested to purchase. Thank you for the great experience! (I'd called the store on Daniels Street prior, and they transferred me to someone and got disconnected. I then called back and spoke to a person who hung up after I explained what I needed. Big mistake! I spent some big money!!)”
