“I have been to this branch multiple times, and every time their service has been top-notch. A few days ago, I took some of my friends there to open bank accounts. What they did moved us so much. When we got there, it was already more than 20 minutes past 4 pm. Though they close at 5 pm, they didn't mind working overtime to help all of us open our accounts. When we were done, it was already 20 minutes past 6 pm.”
“From the moment I stepped in, David at front desk was quite pleasant and got my inquiry and directed me to personal banker THIMARI SEMAGE who took charge immediately. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly to my service dog. Was thorough about the types of accounts available and what each one entailed. We also had small talk about subjects in common. THIMARI is one very bright and career minded individual. My dog Briski took an immediate liking toward her. I opened a Platinum checking account and we all had a delightful time throughout. DAVID and THIMARI are the best part of 1st Citizens Bank. The two male tellers are extremely nice and give great customer service with a smile. I don't have a bank account there and It's always a pleasure walking in to cash my checks from my employer because they are hassle free unlike U.S. BANK in Sherman Oaks who are the WORST BANK EVER with the WORST teller experience.”
