“This US Bank is located inside of Albertsons, However the ATM machine is not near the bank, it's on the other side by the coin machines, just an FYI for all those who were lost the first time like me. I recently came here to open a CD account and was helped by Marcus. I usually cash my checks with Evelyn. They are both very kind and friendly.Sometimes this location moves a little bit slower than other locations and they are a bit more laid back but that doesn't bother me. They close their window around 6pm but can you use the ATM at anytime.I knocked off 1 star because sometimes the ATM machine sucks. It only works about half the time I try and use it. Sometimes it's offline and not working. One time recently I was trying to deposit a bill and the machine couldn't read it. It kept spitting the money back at me like as if the bill wasn't real. I took it over to the counter and deposited it that way.”

“One of the BoA that opens at 9am. I came early and waited for the bank to open. It is 9am already and we (other clients waiting) still waited for the bank to open its doors. One client is upset and wasn't shameful in saying - you're waiting for next year to open? The manager replied - we have to set up the computers first. There were 2 Tellers present. My transaction was done in no time. The Teller is nice and asked if I need anything else. This BoA is small and claustrophobic. I agree with my fellow Yelpers. It is bright enough inside though but it needs windows. Ramp accessibility to PWD which is a nice feature. Plenty of parking lot in the back.”

“Great customer service from Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Northridge, Fashion Ctr, 9051 Tampa Ave, Northridge, CA 91324. This was my first time to give a good review for this branch, which I should have done when I opened accounts with Grace in 2020 and then opened a CD with Rosa last year. This morning I went to the bank after 10:30 am which was one hour early (had an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am) who was with a customer. Ana, a banker/teller asked me if I need help. I told her that I have an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am however I have to go to the auto mechanic and I can't make it at 11:30am since it may take more than 1 hour for the car maintenance. Ana helped me renew the CD in few minutes which gave me enough time to go to the mechanic and I didn't have to come back to meet my appointment with Rosa. Again, thanks so much to Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Tampa Avenue.”

“With everything that's going on with the pandemic, this was my first time actually walking into the bank. Beside stopping by and doing a withdrawal or deposit at the atm. Plus I've tried venturing to others location and it was a major cluster F. Arrived not to late after they opened. Like all the banks regardless what branch, there was normally a line wrapped around. But today, seemed good as there was like a few people in front of me. Little did I know, the line also wrapped around the inside....lol... Even so, they had a security guard ushering you in when there was room. Markers was on the ground placed for the safe distancing. The line moved at a good rate. I didn't have to wait that long outside. Once inside, plenty of hand sanitizer on hand. There was plenty of tellers working which was a major plus. Normally you see so many tellers behind the counter standing around and maybe 2,3 people actually helping the customers. So with everyone working, that helped with the line. They had it all organized. No one was rude which a good sign. We were all there for the same reason. With everything going on and this being the first time entering a branch, it was a good experience. Service was great. Security guard inside and outside was great. People kept their distance and respected each other. Also, plenty of atm outside and plenty of parking.”

If you have a question they are very knowledgeable, the LA location staff is lousy, with a lot of attitude and people that every question you have will bother them so i highly recommend this location instead, even if its a further drive. The hiring process will be much smoother.”
