“Local in-store branch US Bank with ATM just passed the Lottery, Coinstar and animal plush crane drop machines.Open 6 days a week, including Saturdays until 4pm... Pre-pandemic in-store branches were open on Sundays as well, but with mobile banking and even atm features improving every year there's definitely not as much of an urgency for in-person bank services, however this branch is definitely there to help.Some of my favorite tellers in Los Angeles, very personable, efficient and friendly and willing to help.This location is inside the Ralph's on Van Nuys & Burbank Blvd just before the pharmacy. The line, if any usually forms along the isle land for either a tell or the ATM.”

He was polite, kind, and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond and will guide you through your best options. I don't understand why he is not in the Sherman Oaks location anymore, lately, I see a lot of staff are replaced with new staff, if they are doing an outstanding job, why have they been replaced? “I used this Bank years ago and so far I had a good experience. Last night around 8ish in the evening, I just remembered that I have some cash to deposit. Good thing I was still around the parking lot so I just walked. Upon arriving at the first ATM - it was not working. Good thing there are 3 more that are performing. I went to the opposite side since it wasn't occupied. I was done in no time. Using the ATM was fast and efficient. It is well lit and the area looks safe.”

“Totally not the branch’s fault but I had a frustrating experience where I was not able to access funds from a new business account. They were very attentive and responsive in getting the situation fixed asap. Shout out to the manager Chanaka, and staff Briana, Josh and Michael. It was a team effort and they kept checking in to make sure I was being taken care of.I’m a new customer but while waiting I could see other customers knew manager by name. “This Bank of America branch's interior is business-like, with a minimalist, "Madison Avenue" style. There's lots of comfortable seating. Glass walled private offices, define the reception area.There was a short wait for a teller. Marjan, who handled my transaction, is knowledgeable and friendly.Came back a second time at 10:10. The wait time in the queue was 30 minutes. There was only one teller on duty.ATMs are located at the front and rear of the building. The front ATM is in an enclosed lobby that requires a bank card for entry, when the facility is closed.There is no drive thru. Ample free parking in their lot. Everything is ADA compatible.”

“We have really liked this branch. It has always felt friendly, personal, and safe. Ana Quzian has been great, she is our point person there. She is so efficient and pleasurable to deal with. We are sad to hear the branch is closing. We aren't fans of another local branch. We hope the other branch, close by, gets better. But it feels like an attitude problem. The people are also nice at the Lankershirm office, but it's farther for us. But I'd rather drive farther than feel uncomfortable. Anyway, Ana, thank you for your help, always.”
