The bank is quiet, clean, and the clerks and cheerful and happy to help with transfers, deposits, withdrawals and helping discuss financial benefits. The clerks are great at telling you about promotions and everything available to you. Their credit card team is amazing about answers calls whenever you flag your card as stolen, fraud etc they are on top of it. Their team handles the conflict immediately and credits your account while figuring out how to handle the issue. Highly recommend this bank.”

“Yes the prices for gas are high, but I went there to fill up my gas and needed a different shirt for work. I went in and asked the attendant at the counter, Tony if they sold shirts, he said no, but then he asked me what size I needed and I told him. He says "Wait here a sec." He came back with a nice shirt for me. I offered to pay him and he said "No. I'll consider it my good deed for the day." He came through in a clutch for me. That's service above and beyond helpful! Great guy and I'll gas up there anytime now! Also, the window cleaners are new and taken care of unlike other places that don't care about that stuff. Highly recommend this place!”

“This bank branch is located along Ventura Blvd and Van Nuys Blvd. My primary visit is to use the ATM machine. I stopped by around 7ish. The parking lot looks deserted and kind of dark. But the ATM machine is brightly lit. It made feel safe. I did what I came for and left.”
