“This is one of our local grocery stores that we go to. They normally have all of the items that we need and every now and then they only have a special item we need.Today's item was pine nuts. The girls want to have the Green Goddess Salad today, so I needed pine nuts to complete the dressing.Also, the kids like the chicken breasts from Stater Brothers so I got some them for dinner today too.Thanks for not letting me down.”

“I came here in March to make some adjustments to my Wells Fargo account. I had an appointment. Arrived on time. But I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. It did not bother me. I was not in a hurry. An associate named Josh (imagine my surprise we share a first name) came to help me. He was nice and patient and helpful. I was confused on some of the plans, policies and fine print and whatnot, so I had to ask him to explain it to me twice, which he did without a problem. So I appreciate his patience with me. He explained to me how the reward points work and helped me cash out what I earned in rewards. It was a pleasant experience for me. And the employee named Josh made that possible with his patience and attendance in helping me to make sure I understand what I was signing up for. I'm easy to please so I give this five star customer service to the employee named Josh.”

“Phong and Daniella were amazing! They helped me regardless of coming 30mins before closing. This was a very important transaction and I was helped within 30mins. I left before 5pm. Thank you Phong and Daniella for going above and beyond! 4 stars is due to the bank hours. It's extremely inconvenient for people who work 9-5 and other Bank of Americas close at 4pm so it seems I'd have to take off from work to get my banking needs completed. This needs to change. Close at 6 or open earlier but don't open and close during the hours that 90% of the population have work. Also closed on weekends! Just ridiculous.”
