His customer service was exceptional and he made sure we had the best experience. He helped us through every step of the process going the extra mile to setup the new account and card's extensions. He also made sure to answer any questions we had during the process. We are regular customers of Wells Fargo, and from now on we will go to this branch.”

“Pretty cool ampm the lady that attended me very sweet the only thing they don't accept EBT here I wish they did but this is Tustin! some stores here think they're too good for EBT lol! which is cool to each its own I put gas anyways but the best part is they had crunched ice for you guys that don't know ampm sell ice for 50 cents and you have to read the label on the left side it's always crunched ice which is my favorite and I'm happy they have it here because a lot of the ampms always run out of it because people know about that and they come and fill up their big cups and take all the good ice and on the right side they have the cubed ice wich everybody hates including myself but today I got lucky they had to Crunched ice lol!”

The building is always clean and tidy; the staff is friendly and really helpful; and there is plenty of up-close parking. The other thing that I like and respect about Citibank is that the company traces its roots all the way back to 1812. To me, that says alot about strong bank leadership and a secure balance sheet for the safety and security of your funds!”

“Stepping into the world of grown-ups with my recently-turned-18-year-old meant tackling some real-life stuff, like opening her first bank account. We went with Citibank. A simple phone call and they squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day. We got lucky with Roberto Castillo. He knew just what we needed and gave us the lowdown on banking and credit, explaining it all to my daughter in terms that made sense. And he did it all with a smile and a warm attitude. The real highlight was when my daughter went to deposit her first paycheck. She had a figure in her mind, a nice round number, that she expected to see on that piece of paper. But when she finally broke the seal on that envelope, let's just say, reality hit her. She hadn't factored in taxes, so seeing a smaller number was a bit of a shocker. Life lesson learned! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and easy, and even fun. Roberto made the whole thing less intimidating and more of a learning experience. Citibank made what could have been a boring chore into a memorable event for a big life milestone. All in all, a good day in the world of adulting.”

“We went to the pharmacy drive-thru tonight around 10pm, on a wet and rainy Wednesday to pick up my medicine. We were the 4th car in line so there were a bit of a wait. When it came our turn, the technician was cheerful and efficient, even at past 10pm. We paid cash for our meds, and she gave us our change in an envelope and she took the time to write a personal message on it. Thank you Miss, for your kindness, in an otherwise routine and impersonal transaction.”

“Cliff assisted me in opening a checking account yesterday and I really enjoyed working with him. He was kind, warm, and interactive, paid attention to all my needs and concerns. In 20 mins or so I was setup, profile updated with my current info and Apple Pay digital card loaded into my wallet on my iPhone. I was making my first deposits at the ATM and this location even has safe deposit boxes, something you don't see much of anymore. Thanks Cliff and the Tustin BOFA team for a great experience.”
