“I was very much dreading my visit due to a previous phone call with a representative with no resolution. I needed to come in to activate my Citi card that I did not use for a long period of time. I spoke with Huy at the window and he was so helpful and understanding. I learned that my account was actually marked as "unused" due to inactivity. He was patient and all smiles the whole time which made me feel better when I couldn't answer some questions or took a while to check on some things. “Always long line always only one out two teller minimum wait time in line is thirty minutes. And this branch is always crowded. Then I came back at lunch time still busy but there were four tellers with one more at the waiting line. Things went fast and smooth. Great job!”
