“My Children and I received excellent customer service from a worker named Giovanni. My Boys love the Korean Corndogs and they didn't have the particular ones we wanted on the floor. My daughter asked Giovanni if he had them in stock and he stopped what he was doing to help us. Mind you, he was really busy stocking the floor too. “I want to thank and give a shout out to manager, Katie for her assistance and being so kind/ thoughtful! I had the pleasure of interacting with Katie on two separate occasions. I visited Target to return an item I received as a gift. The store clerk informed me she was not able to return the gift I received and I needed to provide a receipt. I informed the clerk I did not have a copy of the receipt and I did not want to ask my friend by letting her know I didn't like the gift plus I didn't want to offend or hurt her feelings. I asked to speak to a manager and Katie saved the day :)! She was so sweet, personable, helpful and provided exemplary customer service :)! She was able to solve the problem and did not question me further. She was so nice and able to assist! I left the return counter and went shopping for cough and flu medicine. There was a promotion where you buy 2, you get a $5 Target gift card on cough and cold relief. I purchased 8 boxes of Dayquil & Nyquil. I got in line to check out and pay. For some reason, the cashier had trouble and was not able to apply the promotion so she called for a manager. Lo and behold, Katie came to the rescue once again :)! She was able to assist and I was able to purchase cough medicine while receiving the Target gift card promotion without any issues. Thank you so much Katie for doing your job so well and providing excellent customer service! I appreciate it :)!”

I was greeted with kindness and understanding. Good place to shop. Wide variety of things you may need. Lottery ticket and scratcher machine. Quick in and out order processing. Good price points on items. Clean and well organized. Shelves are stocked and not overly crowded.”

“Came here to get groceries and other random items while staying in the area for a mini vacation. We also ordered a birthday cake. Over the phone bakery service was chefs kiss. In person was dry and awkward. - I walked up to the counter and we all stared at each other for a very long time (probably 20 whole seconds) until I finally said that I was here for a cake pickup lol! Anywho I'm a Vons shopper in my area so I felt right at home and already aware of quality of food and price range. This location was always bustling and the cashiers and workers keeping the isles cleaned seemed happy enough. The parking lot however is very sketchy, so get in and get out, don't wait around in your car just drive off.”

“I've been going to this Ralph's for years, and I have not run into a negative experience with this year. The store is clean on the inside. The parking lot is very spacious. They have a nice supply of clearance items next to the sushi department where I always look forward to seeing what's available. The shelves are always neatly well-stocked, so I rarely run into an issue of not finding what I need. On top of that, the staff have always been so helpful especially when I need help at self-checkout.”

“Pumping gas and buying things from this gas station is good and fast.To owner: i have a credit card that i never use on anything else but this gas station. And i had to change my card 7 times now because somehow someone keeps making random purchases ive never seen before on my card before.U need to check ur gas pump debit/credit card scanner more often and clearly to see if anyone is modifying it to steal people's card information. Im going to camp out there for a few random days to see if i catch them in the act and put them into a long coma.”
“Apologies for posting this comments this late when the event happened last year haha. Anyhow, I don't have any issues here but had a problem with another customer. Long story short. I came to cashier to pay for my stuffs, there was a supermarket cart there with some groceries within and there wasnot anybody with it. The last customer ahead just got done paying. So i pushed the cart aside a little and moved forward. All the sudden a middle aged beeotch appearred from nowhere pointed her hand at me and said she was there first. Boy, i was mad like a mofo when I explaimed to her that she cant just left her cart there and expect ppl to wait for her on the line until she comes back. The beetch disagreed, and kept on arguing. I ended up real loud voice when the security guard actually came over and told me to calm down and that he understood the situation and people behind the me agreed. The young clerk cashier was even acted a little scared when I raised my voice at the beeotch. All dialogue exchanged was in vietnamese. That was the only bad incident I had at this place. For those with negative comments, hey, this place is not high end so you get for what you paid. Besides it is reasonable prices here for. Just last week, the cashier told me to put my card in the check out machine, I pulled out my debit card and she thought I was paying with foodstamp card when I answered her paid using card haha. I didnt get upset. She was probably using to custumers paying with foodstamps”

“More staff than customers here today, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I get lost seeking my groceries probably because I skip some aisles after reading the signs of what can be found there. My bad because the skipped rows often have my item. The thing is, the employees are kind and helpful, making my dilemma less of one. Today I had some excellent assistance from Danielle, who stopped to help after I flagged her down. The booze is locked up and there is a button to summon assistance. In the 7-10 minutes I waited, nobody's ever came to assist after pushing that button. Either it doesn't work or nobody is monitoring it. Then Ms Emily checked me out and was a peach of a sweetheart. I removed two stars for the poorly managed "push the button" system. And gave the staff an extra star for being cheerful.”

“Great mom and pop shop selling delicious kimchi at reasonable prices esp for homemade! We got the napa cabbage kimchi, super fresh, if you like your kimchi more on the sour side, you may need to wait a week for it to ferment to your liking. And also the radish kimchi, which was our absolute favorite, also super fresh and just the perfect amount of crunch. We got both medium jars for exactly $30 (cash only!) We will definitely be returning to try the cucumber kimchi, come here to support small businesses!”
