“I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my phone . I was having glitches and frozen screen issues. The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”

“Our previous staff had setup an account without our company's name, and we had lost contact with her. This resulted with at least two hours' worth of waiting on the phone, only found out that we needed to solve the issue in store.We first went to the Temple City store where we were told that only the store manager could help during the initial visit. On the third visit we finally found the manager who told us he needed more than a Sales Permit and Business Tax number to help. he seemed dismissive and unwilling to aid.We decided to go to the El Monte store which was closer to our factory. Ms. Lupita Gonzalez, the Manager, surprised us that she was so helpful. She was multi-tasking, and she does it so well! She had two phones going while helping in-store customers. She even delated her lunchtime more than two hours in order to finish our case.We were very happy and thankful that she was able to solve our problem. We highly recommend this store. Also wish that the owner of the store could see this review and give Lupita a big Christmas bonus!!! She is a great asset.”

“These guys are great! I've come here off and on for almost three years. They are always wonderfully helpful and beyond competent. I've had shattered phones no one could repair, but these guys did. It was like they were miracle workers.I've presented issues that were so difficult, i was triggered and i was (regretfully!) rude to them. When I'd calmed myself to return and apologize, they were SO gracious, they didn't even want to take a tip for their days of effort on my behalf. “This is a super nice Dave &Buster's. Parking is free. The food is fine. It is not fine dinning. It is burgers and wings, things like that. The service is super nice and the food comes hot. We really go here so my grandson can play all the fun games. They have a great selection. It can get crowded so you may have to wait for a certain popular game, but there are others to keep you busy. You just buy a fun card there and you are good to go. If you want to limit how much your kid can spend on games, you can get a card for what you want and when it is empty they are done. My grandson loves most of their games. His favorite is the Walking Dead and if I recall they have two. The place is clean and the bathrooms are nice. You will like it.”

“This store is way understaffed. When it takes two hours per customer, they need more than one person in the store. Store closed at 7:00 and the poor girl didn't get to me until 7:30 after a two hour wait. Fortunately, she figured out my charging issues in 15 minutes, but there was a customer behind me. Poor girl will probably be there and closing up alone until 10:00. Hope they don't get robbed again. I'm giving 4 stars because the girl was nice and fixed my problem. Would do one star if I was rating on the two hour wait. Please Verizon, the employee shouldn't be there that late alone. It's not safe. Do better. Hire another person. I don't want to see her on an episode of Dateline.”
