“I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with my phone . I was having glitches and frozen screen issues. The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. I will definitely come back for any other issues I might have if needed. They were awesome !”
“Went there to replace a charging port as it wasn't charging. Turns out all it needed was a little cleaning. They did it for free and didn't try to do a repair I didn't need. Great place and I'll definitely be back if I need an actual repair.”
“These guys are great! I've come here off and on for almost three years. They are always wonderfully helpful and beyond competent. I've had shattered phones no one could repair, but these guys did. It was like they were miracle workers.I've presented issues that were so difficult, i was triggered and i was (regretfully!) rude to them. When I'd calmed myself to return and apologize, they were SO gracious, they didn't even want to take a tip for their days of effort on my behalf. I had to insist and leave it on the counter.These guys aren't just good at their job, they are kind and conscientious.”

“Excellent service and pricing. $109 for a refurbished iPhone 8 Plus screen (including tax and labor). He said it would be 45 minutes or longer — completed replacement in under 30 minutes. Warned me beforehand of possible home button issues.Honest, Fair & Fast. Would recommend.”

“I took in my old Galaxy note 5 to get it checked because it wouldn’t not hold a charge. The service was quick and the price was very affordable. They didn’t charge me to diagnosed the phone . After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.”
“So... I came here from the IE because I've come before. Um... they sold me a case for an old S20. Started at $10... then he said $7 without me asking. Then he lowered it to $5 too. He felt guilty giving me $1 case for $5. (See pic - from when I'm still inside store) I have the money, so it doesn't affect me. But lots of their stuff is priced too high.”

He got me a excellent condition 5G Samsung S20 powerhouse phone for $219 and gave me a day to test it and I’m very happy with my purchase! Stop losing money buying new smartphones at retail cost or used phones from shady strangers. This shop will sell you a great refurbished for much cheaper! Phones that cost over a thousand dollars can be bought here for 1/3 the price! This is my new go to cell phone store! Great service and phenomenal prices!”

“This store is way understaffed. When it takes two hours per customer, they need more than one person in the store. Store closed at 7:00 and the poor girl didn't get to me until 7:30 after a two hour wait. Fortunately, she figured out my charging issues in 15 minutes, but there was a customer behind me. Poor girl will probably be there and closing up alone until 10:00. Hope they don't get robbed again. I'm giving 4 stars because the girl was nice and fixed my problem. Would do one star if I was rating on the two hour wait. Please Verizon, the employee shouldn't be there that late alone. It's not safe. Do better. Hire another person. I don't want to see her on an episode of Dateline.”
